Our IHSAA Class A athletics programs bring home championships. Given the Indiana basketball pedigree and tradition, Martin County is home to the all-time winningest Indiana high school basketball coach, Mr. Jack Butcher, whose achievements have landed him in the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame.

The City of Loogootee is a small town located in Martin County. Founded in the 19th century, it has a rich history and a strong sense of community. The community offers beautiful scenic views and vast nature to explore during our four-season weather.
