 Home Starts Here: A Community Investment in Martin County’s Future!

The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth is excited to share a major step forward for our Home Starts Here Initiative!

A huge thank you to Being for Others Health & Wellness Foundation for their generous $20,000 investment in this initiative! This support brings us one step closer to creating more attainable homeownership opportunities right here in Martin County.

With housing costs continuing to rise, our goal is to build smaller, attainable homes under $200,000, helping more individuals and families find a place to call home.

Home Starts Here is designed as a revolving home program. By building a home, selling it at an attainable price, and reinvesting the proceeds into future projects, we hope to create a sustainable approach to expanding housing opportunities in our rural community.
