Great news coming your way on this Monday morning!
The Uplands Regional Land Bank and the Martin County Redevelopment Commission celebrated a ribbon cutting at the Maple Street property in Shoals!
As you can see in the photo, construction has officially begun, bringing new life and new opportunity to the community. A brand-new home is coming soon to the Town of Shoals, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this project take shape!
