Eligible properties: Commercial properties located within the city and town limits of Crane, Loogootee, and Shoals

Grant details:

• 1:1 matching grant

• Up to $4,000 maximum award

Eligible improvements include:

Cornices

Signage

Entrance doors

Decorative details or awnings

Masonry repair

Painting or cleaning (as related to paint prep)

Restoration of original exterior architectural features

Window repair or replacement (when part of a larger facade improvement)
